By accessing or using the ArkDeGlory website, mobile applications, or any services offered by ArkDeGlory ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and ArkDeGlory ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our Services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ArkDeGlory provides an online platform enabling users to search, compare, and book accommodation, tours, and transport services. We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, hostels, tour operators, and transport companies). ArkDeGlory does not own, manage, or operate the accommodations or services listed on our platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the individual service provider.

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ArkDeGlory will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make bookings on our platform.

When you complete a booking through ArkDeGlory, you are entering into a contract directly with the service provider. ArkDeGlory facilitates this transaction but is not a party to the contract between you and the service provider. All prices displayed are in the indicated currency and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment partners. By providing payment information, you authorize ArkDeGlory to charge the total amount shown at checkout. ArkDeGlory reserves the right to cancel bookings if fraudulent activity is suspected or if payment authorization fails.

Cancellation policies vary by property and service provider and are clearly displayed before you complete your booking. Please review the cancellation policy carefully before confirming your reservation. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–14 business days to the original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer. ArkDeGlory service fees may be non-refundable as outlined during the booking process. In the event a service provider cancels your booking, ArkDeGlory will assist in processing a full refund or in finding alternative accommodation of comparable standard and price.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services • Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or objectionable content • Use our Services to send unsolicited communications (spam) • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from our platform without written permission • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

ArkDeGlory may allow users to post reviews, ratings, and other content. By submitting content, you grant ArkDeGlory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content. You are solely responsible for the content you post. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or these Terms. We do not endorse any user-submitted content and disclaim all liability in connection with such content.

All content on the ArkDeGlory platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of ArkDeGlory or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without prior written consent. The ArkDeGlory name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ArkDeGlory and may not be used without our prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArkDeGlory and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from: • Your use of or inability to use our Services • Any conduct or content of any third party on our platform • Any content obtained from our Services • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content ArkDeGlory's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ArkDeGlory in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ArkDeGlory does not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by service providers or third parties on our platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. For formal disputes, we may offer mediation as an alternative to court proceedings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
